Two houses are located on a single property, one behind the other. The owner has the front house. The renter has the back one. 2. The only access to the house of at the back is via a walkway beside the front house. 3. One night coming home the tenant was walking up the walkway when there was a great shout and cheering. He turned his head and saw a party going on in the front house. The curtains were wide open. He then kept walking up to his house. 4. He was sued by the owner (front house) two days later for trespassing for looking in the window. The judge decided for the plaintiff (front house). The defendant (rear house) decided not to appeal. paid the damages, and moved
