In this scenario, what could be an example of the user story and feature for this epic?

There is a project regarding building a Megamall, which includes different functionality and department such as commercial, residential, and entertainment. The product vision for such a big project would be to bring people in with different tastes to spend their time and have productivity for businesses. This project would be a one-of-a-kind project that tourists want to see and attract the tourist to enjoy their time while having fun with different entertainment, restaurant, and shopping. So, the project not only can service the locals but also attract the tourists who visited the country.
