In an article written by Kohl (2019), he stated that a well-designed office creates a less stressful and more productive environment. It is critical to take into account the physical working environment. People need to feel at ease and tranquil in their physical work environments in order to perform their best work. An individual's immediate surroundings where he does his task is a major influence of the quality of their work and their degree of productivity. Improper surroundings present dangers that make the working environment dangerous and reduce one's productivity. As a result, the workplace requires an environment in which an individual may work without interruption. An efficient workplace must provide an environment in which the desired goals can be attained comfortably (Satyendra, 2019). Thus, our research focuses on the placement of Station booths/Nap- Work Pods at various MRT stations. The questionnaire was created to investigate the viability of station booths at MRT stations. The survey had 43 participants who were required to answer 20 questions. Google Forms was used as a platform. The questionnaires were sent via various social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. The station booth aims to cater to the needs of the people who used the MRT as their mode of transport. The information gathered will be used solely for academic reasons. The questionnaire focuses on a business concept to determine whether station booths might operate in MRT stations in order to practice working whenever, anyplace, and taking breaksaps. Each booth is outfitted with a desk, sofa, power outlet, and free Wi-fi. Users will like the fact that the cubicles are also soundproof. The overall response rate is 86% as we sent out around 50 questionnaires and got back 43. Based from the results, majority of the respondents who answered this questionnaire ages from 16 - 30 years old (79.1%) while others who answered ages 46 and above (14%) and 31-45 years old (7%). Most of the participants would utilize the Nap-Work Pods at least 1 to 2 times a week (58.1%) while others would use it 3 - 4 times a week (30.2%) and 5 - 6 times a week (11.6%). The most suitable and budget-friendly rate of the Nap-Work Pods is deemed to be $5-$10 per hour (60.5%) while others would want it to be a donation only rate (32.6%) and the remaining voted for $11-$20 per hour (7%). Since 37.2% of the sample population travel via MRT every day, 32.6% of the respondents want each MRT station to at least have 3 Pods while 27.9% voted for at least 4 - 5 pods and the remaining 11.6% voted for 2 pods. Other services were also suggested to be included in the Nap-Work Pod such as: a snack shelf (51.2%), drinks (39.5%) and others such as light music and comfort (9.2%). The 2 top choices for the respondent's preferred passcodes were a pin (sent via SMS) and QR codes. In terms of the nap area, 53.5% prefer to have loft seats and 46.5% would rather have a micro bed. In addition, 79.1% wants to have an individual remote for the air conditioning of each pod while 20.9% wants to have an office-controlled air conditioning. Lastly, the Nap-Work Pods is deemed interesting to the commuters since it gives commuters a time to rest amidst their travel, it is convenient to a lot of commuters, and enables commuters who have rush meetings or online classes a peaceful place to conduct such. On the other hand, despite the positive feedback, 51.2% of the respondents stated that they would not get work done while travelling via MRT because they would rather work at home while 30.2% stated that they have WIFI at home and 13.8% voted for other reasons such as confidentiality, inconducive work environment, too crowded, no tables, cannot concentrate and is inconvenient. The remaining 4.8% is in favour of working at Nap-Work Pods than working at home. As shown, majority or 37.2% of the responses travel via MRT every day. 27.9% or 12 people travel via MRT 3 to 6 times a week. And 23.3% or 10 people travel via MRT 1 to 2 times a week. Minority of the responders rarely takes the MRT. We can conclude from this data that 97.7% of the responders take the MRT often, meaning we have a market for our service. This question shows if the Nap-Work booth has a market - if we have customers we can cater. And based on the responses, majority of the people take the MRT. 37.2% take it everyday, 27.9% take it 3 to 6 times a week, and 23.3% take it 1 to 2 times a week. We can see that many people are taking this transportation everyday. Since there are a lot of people who can't get work done in the MRT, we would change their perspective. We have to make it comfortable and away from distractions. This one is challenging since the people responded that they don't get work done in the MRT. And so, we need to adjust our service and how we will design the booth to make it suitable to the customers. While 32.6% said they're ok working in the MRT because there's lack of time at home. 30.2% said they have WIFI at home (which is another way of saying they'd also rather work at home). The remaining 11.5% are various reasons ranging from distractions, inconvenience, comfortability, etc. If the main reason why possible customers don't use our service because they preferring working at home, we make the booth feel at home. What does home feel like? With this data, it is evident that we will have to raise awareness for HMR and a substantial amount of marketing will be required in order to achieve that. Also in figure 3.2, we gave the participants the option of open-ended and input any amount that they think is suitable.An from this question, we can derive that 90.7% of the participants are willing to pay an amount of $1 - $30 for a HMR product which is very reasonable as a meal served in a restaurant is typically around $15- $20 per person. However, most participants has opted for an range of $1 - $10 and this is a very low range which would serve as difficulty in producing this product and hence, to further confirm this result, it is best to further collect more data in a more detailed format with the specific prices for a product so that we will be able to understand the acceptance price range that people would be willing to pay for an HMR product
