As a result, you are now 3 versions behind the latest and greatest products, and updates since your version are very much improved, but they are also very different in how they are managed, displayed, and used by the business. Your solution provider (MS, AWS, Google etc.) is now forcing you to update by date XX.XX.XXXX, or they will do it for you without notice. Create a Force Field Analysis diagram that depicts the Forces for Change and the Forces Against Change. This will demonstrate reasons why you should or need to update, against expected resistance from the business.
