Specifically, it uses the data drawn from a random sample of a population to make conclusions about that population. For this journal question, think about a topic that directly affects you or something that you are curious about knowing from a specific population, and create your own mock study. Describe the study, the population, and who you would sample. Do you think you would benefit from using inferential statistics? Why, or why not?
