In United States v Osinger,the defendant engaged in a 9-month intimate relationship with the victim. During that relationship, the victim permitted defendant to take nude photographs of her. Eventually, the victim terminated the relationship, and over several months defendant engaged in activities designed to harm the victim emotionally and physically, including posting the nude photos on Facebook and distributing them to current and former co-workers by e-mail.
