In your Personal Leadership Assessment (module 7), you analyzed the principles, beliefs, values, ideals, norms, and standards that you consider important and essential to you as a leader. These items determine who you are as a leader and as a person. They summarize the character you have as a leader. Evaluate these items and build them into your Personal Leadership Reflection (plan). Ask yourself, "What values and beliefs are essential to me as a leader?" "What standards and norms are non-negotiable to me as a leader?" "How will they affect my leadership and what would that look like?
