In your report you should: 1. Identify relevant WHSIOHS legal requirements 2. Identify and enter all hazards in the B&C Risk register, using the template provided in the Code of practice. Describe and assess the risks, develop controls and record the responsibilities and date for actions to be completed. 3. Draft a procedure for identifying hazards, assessing and controlling risks 4. Make recommendations for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. These should be in context of overall WHS management system and you will need to refer to AS4801. Attach a Bibliography listing relevant information to assist the reader with better understanding of WHSIOHS. You should research at least 8 sources for this assessment. Attach Appendices to provide supporting information. Your report should be no more than 1500 words in length not counting Bibliography and Appendices
