OPM ehf. imports and sells machinery and equipment to contractors. On June 30, OPM signed an agreement with Capital fjrfestingar ehf. on the sale of three machines. According to the agreement, the sale price is ISK 75,000,000. and Capital shall pay the purchase price upon signing. One of the conditions of the agreement is that OPM buys these three machines on 1 July 2021 (one year after the sale) for ISK 84,000,000.
