This is based on the average cost of utilities for similar-sized venues in our area. The average cost of utilities for commercial buildings in the El Paso area is $2.10 per square foot. Meeting Cost- $ 2,000 Estimate the cost for project manager, team members, trainer, mental health expert, and law enforcement professional to attend a meeting twice over a 6-month period. I would have to consider time cost, meeting cost, meal cost, accommodations if applicable, and meeting materials. Any Estimated In-kind Contributions Walmart has an opportunity to help - building on the millions of dollars of support local stores and clubs provide schools each year through our local giving programs. Schools are eligible to create a nonprofit account and benefit from tax-deductible donations through Walmart's Spark Good Registry and Round Up. They are making it easy for schools to get started through the Spark Good Nonprofit Portal. Eligible organizations can manage their charitable activities with Walmart, including applying for community grants, and setting up customer-facing registries for needed items. The budget I created for the Initiative to Improve Police Training for interaction with People that suffer a Mental Illness for a 6-month period addresses the needs statement by allocating sufficient funds for the training of our police officers, which is the primary objective of the project. The allocation for salaries/wages ensures that qualified trainers can be hired, while the allocation for training materials ensures that the participants have the necessary resources for the training.
