Individual Assessment of Group Project

Please submit your personal assessment of your group experience on BB. Please make sure you cite the textbook when commenting on your own participation as well as the participation of others. This was introduced in Module 4 (Group Critique - 20 points):

• As an individual, you will submit a thoroughly written analysis of the group processes involved in achieving your group's goals (including such things as group roles, decision making, goal setting, group conflict, leadership, group cohesiveness, etc.).
• Please cite at least three concepts from the group chapter of the text
• This is not just a rundown of who did what in the group process, although you may also include that information.
• This should be based solely on your observations as a group member.
• Critique your group and individual group members.
• Did everyone work equally to achieve the group's goals?
• You will provide a hypothetical grade for your group.
• This hypothetical grade will NOT impact your actual grade
• If everyone worked equally then everyone in the group would receive the same grade on the group project.
• If not, please justify why someone in your group deserves a lower grade than other group members
• if your participation was low, don't be afraid to give yourself a lower grade than others.
