PART A

16 Personalities (OCEAN) Assessment

1. If you have completed your Assessment previously, please go to #3 of PART A

2. If have NOT completed your Assessment, you will need to conduct the test at https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test

3. Once you have received your results, include these as an APPENDIX to your overall assignment

PART B

GAPS Analysis

You will conduct a GAPS Analysis which identifies and determines the following:

Goals - identify for your career goals (at least 3 must be identified)

Abilities - identify your strengths and development needs to the career goals

Perceptions - determine how your peers/colleagues perceive your behavior at work/school

Standards Analysis - using SWOT analysis, demonstrate your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your career goal (See notes for template location).

PART C

Personal Development Plan

Using the attached template, populate the fields considering the results you received from both your 16 Personalities (OCEAN) Assessment and GAPS Analysis.

NOTE:

1. This is a SUBJECTIVE assignment and unique to YOU.
2. You are not to collaborate with your peers.
3. Identical assignments will receive a zero.
4. Append your 16 Personalities (OCEAN) results on the final page of your assignment.
5. Templates are in the file entitled "Assignment Templates.doc"
6. Ensure that you are clear in your wording, using Grammarly and Spell Check to review your work.
7. There is no need for references or citations for this assignment.

MARKING SCHEME

1. PART A = 5 points

2. PART B = 15 points

3. PART C = 25 points

4. Spelling and Grammar = 5 points
