Individual debriefings Staff are required to participate in regular workplace debriefings at the request of their manager. These meetings are designed to address staff members' individual needs. During these meetings staff should: report any signs and symptoms of stress and fatigue discuss issues or factors causing them stress raise any queries and concerns about their role give feedback on their role e.g. the tasks they perform, their workload ask for help with, or address, things they may be having difficulty with discuss any incidents or accidents that have occurred raise any needs they have regarding training or support raise general WHS concerns issues.
