How did your group experience good or bad effects based on that concept? Describe ONE technical concept we covered in this course (e.g. estimation, project planning, scope setting, etc.) that was relevant to your group's experiences. How did your group experience good or bad effects based on that concept? Lastly, knowing what you know now about the sociocultural and technical characteristics of being an effective project manager, what you would have done differently to improve your team's performance and what effect would that change have? Be sure to draw on the course readings and lectures.
