Individual team members will reflect as scholar-practitioners on what was learned from the experience of the design process and actual design. These reflections should be 4-5 pages in length (APA) and include aspects along with the reflection of the design project such as a) how you engaged others to promote learning, b) how you experimented with testing assumptions and ideas, and c) how you expanded understanding from others' contributions, and d) identification of practices which you will use or need to develop further in the future
