This training is mainly focused on project management units and leadership skills. It has been decided that the company will roll out Microsoft Office 365 and One Drive SharePoint for shared resources and Microsoft Teams. The system and project will be called IO365. Project Budget is 1500,000 and time duration is 6 months

3. Provide a copy of the final project accounts - this can be provided as a separate document/ excel spreadsheet - provide a reference to the name of the document if it is being provided separately.

Complete cost-management processes

4. Provide a summary of the project financial outcomes. Include a review of any cost-management issues and a recommendation for improvements for management of future projects e.g. a lessons learned. (expected response is to 1 page)
