Influences that affect planning Choose a business that you are familiar with and select one internal and one external influence that applies to them. For each of these two influences give a statement that identifies why they need to be considered and planned for at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. Ensure to demonstrate  understanding of the importance of identifying and planning for the internal and external influences that may affect an organisation. 2.)  Identifying plans for business functions Planning within each of the business functions has a different purpose and form. Choose an organisation that you find interesting as this will help to make the learning meaningful and relevant to you. Management Accounting Marketing Operations; and Compliance & risk Be specific and explain how they relate to each function. For example, the start-up costs summary would be part of the accounting function as it deals with the financial status and capability of the organisation. ( give an example of a company with its name)
