Information Throughout this course you have identified who your stakeholders are, where they fit on the Power vs. Interest Grid and created a communications plan. However, as have discussed, not everything goes as planned. The waste water project has run into a few issues. It is your team's job to determine which stakeholder(s) will be impacted by the issues, how you will communicate with the stakeholders and submit two (2) written examples of your communication with stakeholders.

Issues 1.Your project has run into additional issues that will cost an additional $500,000 for the City of North Bay. 2.The winter was extra-long this year. You weren't able to break ground until the end of May. This pushed back your project by a month. Your project will not be completed by August 30. 3.Between the week of August 14 and 20 water will need to be shut off to homes between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Step 1: Identify the issue (you will be doing all three) Step 2: Decided which stakeholders need to be made aware of which issues, explain why Step 3: Identify how you will share the information to each appropriate stakeholder Step 4: Submit three (3) examples of written communications to the stakeholders
