- Initiate Agile project using the following processes:

• make Project Vision -Define project business case and a Project Vision Statement. Define and Assign The Product Owner.
• Identify Scrum Master and Business Stakeholder(s) -Define and assign Scrum Master and business stakeholders
• Form Scrum Team -Define Team members. Use collaborative approach.
• Develop Epic(s) -Use Project Vision Statement for developing Epics (2 - 3 Epics). which will lead to at least 12 User Stories
• make Prioritized Product Backlog - Create a list of project Epic(s), Refine, Elaborate and then prioritize project Epics to create a Prioritized Product Backlog for the project.
• Conduct Release Planning -The Product Owner with support from the Scrum Team develops a Release Planning Schedule, (including 3 Sprints) which is essentially a phased deployment schedule that can be shared with the project's business stakeholders. Length of Sprint is also determined in this process.
