New group members must not be the same persons who work for (iii). 1-2 learner(s) are required to play the role of internal stakeholders such as the Board of directors, Committees (e.g., Sustainable sourcing committee, Audit committee, etc), executive leadership team members (e.g., CEO, CFO, etc), employees and managers in different departments (e.g., marketing, HR, production, distribution, customer service, etc.). 1-2 learner(s) are required to play the role of external stakeholders such as customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers or government officers
