Mission: To go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. Goal: To work out to shade excess fats, maintain a good shape and keep me active during the week. Specific: Every morning before breakfast or any other activity. Measurable: At the end of every workout in the morning. I'll be able to read my weight on a digital scale and check my shape in the mirror for any changes. Action: Modify eating habits, reducing caloric intake and reducing carbs to help accelerate my goal at the gym. Realistic: It is realistic to shade excess fats by working out in the morning since this helps maintain a good shape. Working out in the morning also keeps you active during the day and reduces fatigue by keeping lean muscles strong. Time-bound: There's a time frame to help in achieving. That is 4 to 5 days a week and during morning hours which is convenient for me to follow until the goal is achieved. Make a few changes and resubmit. Goal....add a time per day and the \# of days per week to be considered successful...see my info in the content and assignment box area if you are uncertain. Measureable is can you measure that you did the goal action each day..ie the exercise. Action...is the goal an action? No reference to food. You would like to lose weight, but thats not the goal. The goal is to exercise x min, y days per week. Don't add any other actions to the plan. This is about focus on 1 action repeatedly daily
