You are currently reviewing practices and incorporating an Environmental Management System to access and manage the hotel's environmental footprint. Establishing an EMS will have a direct impact on associated activities, products and services currently in use, by establishing this system Hotel Futura will meet current government environmental best practices.

Policies must clearly nominate personnel roles and responsibility for regulatory compliance and incorporate current legislation into their developed policies.
Hotel Futura must show how it will evaluate the incorporated EMS; discuss methods for identifying risk and procedures for modifications for continuous improvement.
Policy must discuss how policies, procedures & legal information will be distributed to personnel at appropriate times
Policy must discuss how information updates for personnel are established to ensure current knowledge of roles & responsibilities for personnel are communicated for legal compliance.

From developed policies students are to write procedures (SOP) to be incorporated into Hotel Futura's Environmental Management System.
