Need Recognition: When does someone determine when it is time to buy a new bicycle? What scenarios call for someone needing a new purchase? (at least four scenarios)
Information Search: What avenues of research are available?
Evaluation of Alternatives: What are some different brands of bicycle? -Price comparisons -Special features What features might the customer look for?
Purchase: Where can you purchase bicycle? What payment methods are available?
Reaction: What would constitute a consumer being pleased with a purchase? Why would he or she be displeased?
