Instructions

1) Summarize an experience they have had as part of a team regardless of their role (team member, leader, supervisor, etc). The summary must include an explanation of the teams composition (i.e., number of people, ranks, structuring, etc) and the purpose of the team (why the team existed).

2) Describe one or more most prominent strength(s) and weakness(es) of the team and the impact they had on achieving the teams goals.

3) Describe what actions could have been (or were) taken to build upon the strength(s) and correct the weakness(es) previously identified.

4) Describe the impact the following lesson concepts had or could have had on the team.

a) Mission Command: Describe how one or more Mission Command concepts/principles impacted or could have impacted the strength(s) and weakness(es) of the team.

b) Ethical Decision-Making: Describe how one or more Ethical Decision-Making concepts and principles impacted or could have impacted the strength(s) and weakness(es) of the team.

c) Leadership & Management: Describe how one or more Leadership & Management concepts/principles impacted or could have impacted the strength(s) and weakness(es) of the team.

d) Leading Diverse Teams: Describe how one or more Leading Diverse Teams concepts/principles impacted or could have impacted the strength(s) and weakness(es) of the team.
