Instructions 7.1

Examine the efficiency, fairness, and market failure of the selected type of government regulation. Graphically interpret the type of regulation and argue about the determination of public goods and common resources.

1) The essay must present information related to (1) of the different types of government regulation: social regulation, economic regulation and antitrust policy. In the essay you must present the result of your research on the subject to be discussed.

2) Look for at least (3) reliable academic sources. Remember to write the references at the end of the essay.

3) The introduction must include the definition of the type of government regulation selected and why the government has to enter to regulate such activity.

4) In the body of the essay must be included a minimum of two pages where it details how the selected type of regulation works and how the government achieves social efficiency through its implementation.

5) Conclude the writing by indicating the impact that government regulation has on the people or companies it regulates.

6) Graphics, photos or images that support the information provided could be included. Include the reference source.
