Read the Elizabeth Holmes: Theranos article . d. Navigate to the threaded discussion and respond to the following questions: a. What are the facts regarding the Theranos case? b. Define negligence and the elements needed to prove negligence. c. Look closely at Negligent fraud and Intentional fraud. Which one do you think the defendants were guilty of? Why? d.
