The Red Cross of PR decides to carry out an activity to collect clothes, shoes, personal hygiene items, food, non-perishable medicines and other donations that will be given to non-profit organizations in the south of Puerto Rico to meet the needs after the earthquakes. For this purpose, they organized a radio marathon and the corresponding promotional campaign. The activity is extraordinarily successful and when sorting through all the donated items, the Red Cross staff finds the following situations:

- a Lotto ticket in a trouser pocket of the clothes donated by Don Pudiente, which is a $500,000 prize. - a sterling silver Omega women's watch in a lady's purse donated by Mrs. Pudiente - a tennis ball signed by Monica Puig and a baseball signed by Igor Gonzalez among the items donated by El Deportista.

a. Describe the types of obligations or possible types of contracts that may arise from the scenario and for each explain how the minimum required elements were met.

b. Is there a basis for requesting the return of any of the items found? If so, indicate which scenario(s) and for each explain the basis for your determination.
