a. What has to happen for an agreement to be reached between the two of you? Explain and justify your position

b. What type of agreement would it be?

c. Who should keep the dog and the bitch, while they are together?

d. Are there any situations that affect the agreement? Describe each one and explain how it affects and how it can be solved (if possible).

e. Could the agreement, if completed, have any flaws?

f. If Clarita's dog is successful in getting puppies, does Juanito have the right to choose the puppy he gets, if there is more than one? When can he claim to get them?
