10. Mr.. X is an advertising consultant advising LMN Travel and Tours who caused the creation and installation of a large billboard in EDSA highway to advertise LMN Travel and Tours. The billboard depicted half naked women frolicking in the beach, to promote Philippine beach destinations in Aklan. The Local Government Unit of Makati ordered the removal of the billboard because of nude content. LMN Travel and Tours opposed the removal on the grounds of freedom of expression.
