1. Choose an adult in your life who has been working (or did work) for 5+ years. It can be a parent, other family member, family-friend, or someone from your community.
2. During that interview,you will need to find information about the following topics:
   1. Information about their career and how they got there
   2. What they enjoy about their career
   3. Obstacles or changes they have faced in the workplace, and how they dealt with it
   4. Their personal definition of success
   5. Their goals for the future
   6. Any other information you are interested about their career and future goals

1. If you aren't able to set up a meeting in person, you can do the interview over the phone. Ask them the questions you created -MAXIMUM of 10 QUESTIONS. Record their answers by taking notes in the questions chart as they speak.
