Choose Product: Select a product that you would like to develop for your company. This could be a new product or a variation of an existing product.

Create Budget: Create a budget that includes all the necessary costs associated with product development, such as research and development; materials; labor; marketing; and any other expenses that may arise.

Develop Timeframe: Develop a realistic timeline for each stage of product development, from ideation to launch. Your timeline should include stage-specific milestones and deadlines, such as research and development; product design; manufacturing; marketing; and launch. Be sure to account for any potential delays or setbacks that may occur.

Prepare Report: Prepare a three-page report that includes your product budget and timeframe. Your report should contain an executive summary; an introduction; a detailed explanation of your budget and timeframe; a conclusion; and any supporting documentation such as charts or graphs.
