Instructions - Contract Process & Issues Project This project analyzes current contract issues associated with the most recent bargaining of the current collective bargaining agreement of the district in which the candidate is employed. The project will be based on interviews of at least 2 union representatives, 2 board members, 1 superintendent and 1 treasurer of the district. (If an outside negotiator was used by either party, that person shall be interviewed also.)
