Students need to coordinate among themselves to avoid duplicate matters. CTIONS Step one: Choose a matter. Step two: Prepare a written summary, which needs to consist of three parts

: 1. Introduction. In this part you need to state the name of the member against whom the complaint has been launched and include a brief statement of the matter.

2. Body. Provide concise analysis of the matter and the decision rendered; please ensure that you quote pertinent sections of the Rules.

3. What steps should the member have taken to avoid the complaint? Please engage your classmates in a short discussion.
