Note that you could also use West's federal or state digests in print, if you had access to a law library. Also note that cases are increasingly available for free on many court websites and via other digital sources. Remember, for the purpose of this assignment, you are looking for cases. We are not yet looking for you to find the answer across all of the different possible legal research tools, but rather to be able to find cases using the tools available to research case law.
