Instructions

For this project, you will need to dig deep into one specific topic regarding operations and supply chain management

that is being researched both academically $($at least $15$ academic research papers on the subject must be referenced

and discussed in your paper that have been published within the last $3$ years$)$ and is being implemented in practice $($at

least $5$ news$/$industry articles must be cited and discussed within your paper that were published within the last year$).$

The paper should have $5$ major components: an abstract$,$ introduction $($including the $5+$ news$/$industry articles$),$

literature review $($including the $15+$ academic journal articles$),$ Analysis $($based on the research you have compiled,

adding in your own insights into the topic based on your knowledge and research of the material such as your

predictions $($forecasts$)$ of the future of the topic, further research $($i$.$e$.$ extensions of the research$)$ that could be done

to benefit society, your critique of the work that has been done $($positives$/$negatives$),$ etc..$),$ conclusion. The size of

this paper should be at least $10$ pages, $1\mathrm{.}5-$spaced, $12$ point font$).$
