He does not have much knowledge of how to build data collection instruments or do statistical analysis. However, he ordered one of his employees to collect data on the following variables: (1) drink sold in a jug: (2) waiter who served the table; (3) amount of the table's invoice; (4) tip for the waiter; (5) number of people at the table and (6) level of customer satisfaction at the table.
