Positive Working Relationships During your field placement, observe and reflect on the teaming model employed in this setting for assessment, individualized planning, and intervention/instruction. Keep the following questions in mind as you reflect. Who are the key members of the team? What are the primary roles of each team member? What teaming model(s) are used in different settings? If you were an early intervention provider or early childhood teacher, what aspects of this team would you like to replicate? What would you like to change? Student demographics/number of students. Classroom organization and structure/schedule. Number of teachers and years of experience/ What are each teacher's role and responsibility? Discuss health, safety, and/or nutrition routines observe in the classroom.
