Defendant was arrested for gun trafficking. 2. Daniel told the Defendant that he would not continue to be her boyfriend if the Defendant did not rob First Mariner bank this afternoon. The Defendant robbed the bank. 3. The Defendant broke and entered a cult compounded and kidnapped his friend from her residence on the religious property because the cult convinced his friend to starve herself. 4. The Defendant, who had been drinking malt liquor and vodka all evening, stabbed her boyfriend after a domestic argument. 5. The Defendant, a six-year old boy, purchased a handgun on the streets and used it to kill his stepfather. 6. Defendant was tried in Baltimore City, Maryland for 1st degree murder. The jury returned a not guilty verdict. The Defendant was then tried and convicted in U.S. District Court for Maryland (federal court) for a crime that resulted from the exact same facts for the Baltimore City, Maryland case. 7. The Defendant was involved in a bar brawl. The victim called the Defendant "a girlie man" and brandished a weapon. So, the Defendant repeatedly punched the victim in the face. The victim sustained a brain injury and later died as a result of his injuries. 8.
