Tx Private Investigations Private investigating is a time-consuming and tedious process. The varying needs of clients also add to the complexity and length of the process; however, if investigators adhere to the guidelines to conduct investigations, things will flow seamlessly. A Team Investigator and a Team Assistant typically conduct investigations. The Team Assistant logs the clients request in the database and proceeds to gather personal information on the person of interest and the client concurrently. Once the personal data collection is complete, the Team Assistant sends a notification to the Team Investigator who will check the file and conduct a meeting with the client.

There are occasions where a Team Investigator does not feel happy to conduct business with a client. If this situation occurs, the Team Investigator will decline the case. Once the investigator is satisfied with the client, the investigation will commence shortly after. Investigations are done on a case-by-case basis; hence, there are occasions where some activities are not necessary. Overlapping of these activities is also permissible to facilitate timely completion of the investigations. A typical investigation involves one or more of the following tasks: perform credit checks, create a list of the places of employment and interview past employers, interview friends, trail the person of interest and document activities and interview family members. After completing these tasks, the investigator will present the findings to the Team Assistant who will type the report and return it to the Team Investigator. Finally, the Team Investigator signs the report and return it to the Team Assistant for distribution.

Tasks: 1. Construct a business process model, using an appropriate tool and diagramming techniques (BPMN template). 2. Use inclusive and parallel gateways.

Submission requirements: 1. Using MS Visio, Diagram your work in a professional format.

2. Examine your process diagram before you submit it. Print preview your document at print size. If the contents of your process diagram are not visible, make the necessary adjustments before submitting.
