Instructions Using the following narrative and Entity-Relationship Diagram create a normalized database schema for the database. Submit your word-processed document via the Assignments link on the course Blackboard site. Prepare your homework by PUTTING YOUR NAME AND SECTION DAY ON THE DOCUMENT, then name the file YourLastName.Norm2.docx. Description Gas-Gas Step On The GAS (GGSOG) is run by Jake Roblocs. He has two employees in the shop and has asked you to develop a database to help better track his data. He wants to keep data about customers, scooters, scooter inspections, employees, services offered, parts in inventory, appointments, and cash receipts. Customers call to make appointments to bring their scooters to the shop for an inspection. When customers call, one of the office clerks records which scooter will be brought in and what kinds of services the scooter requires (i.e. routine oil change, carburetor rebuild, etc.). Every appointment for an inspection must involve at least one service and may involve many. If a customer has more than one scooter that needs an inspection they make back-to-back appointments for examinations on the same day. At each examination Jake or one of his mechanics reviews the scooters repair history, records the scooters mileage, notes the reason for the visit, and records his diagnosis. The services provided may be the one's requested when the appointment was made, but depending upon the results of his inspection, he may perform additional services. Also, depending on the diagnosis, there possibly may be a need for any number of parts to fix the scooter, or may not need any parts. At the conclusion of the repair or repair performed that day for the customer, the cash receipts clerk takes payment from the customer for all repair fees and parts required.
