Instructions

Write a paper describing a major legal case involving hotels, restaurants, amusements parks, soccer games, concerts, cruise ships, racetracks, etc. or anything involving the hospitality industry. The case could involve guest injuries, theft by guests or employees, etc.

The writing assignment should include the following:

• Title Page
• A minimum of 75 words describing the case (List the source)
• A minimum of 50 words using at least three words from the end of the chapter vocabulary describing your personal thoughts about the case.
• A minimum of 25 words answering the question of was the verdict fair why or why not?.
