You have been suggesting to the law firm that in order to make more effective court presentations, the firm needs to invest in data visualization software. This case and the related datasets have brought this issue to the forefront. So now the lead attorney has asked you to conduct a study identifying the best visualization tools that fit the firm's current and future presentation needs.

The tools you recommend need to have a short learning curve, adequate features, and be able to be acquired at a reasonable cost. Your initial investigation has narrowed your selection down to three data visualization tools. Follow the instructions below and submit your study in Microsoft Word:

• Your submission should include an introduction as to why the study is being done, a matrix table, and a conclusion with your recommendation.
• Put together a matrix table of the three data visualization tools whose pertinent features closely match the needs of the firm.
• Include a rating system for "ease of learning" and "use of the tool."
• Show cost information, including subscription and maintenance fees
• Rank the products in order of your recommendation and include your rationale.

Note: The submission for this study should be in Microsoft Word format. The matrix can be created using the insert table feature in Word, or you can embed the matrix from an Excel worksheet.
