Integrated Change Control (ICC)

During project execution and monitoring processes, as we evaluate the project performance, we may often need to change the initial plan in terms of scope, schedule, or cost if we encounter situations that necessitate that change. As project managers, we must keep the project sponsors and all stakeholder informed at all times in order to make the best decisions when change impacts the project progress. Discuss how change is managed during the project execution phases by discussing the following:
