In light of the recent corporate governance failures at Crown Resorts ('Crown Casino') and Rio Tinto, the managing partner at Integrity Lawyers approached Top Tech Consultants for advice on corporate governance from a legal perspective.This advice will then be provided to potential class plaintiffs and members in future class actions involving corporate governance.

You recently completed your business degree at CQUniversity and started a graduate position in the corporate services team at Top Tech Consultants in the Australian city or town where you live. We have to make a presentation on corporate governance and law that Integrity Lawyers/Top Tech Consultants can provide to their membership and educate them on best practice corporate governance from a legal perspective.

INSTRUCTIONS

2. Identify the three most important factors from (1) and then:
