Interesting take on temporarily suspending operations in Russia. Do you believe that a temporary suspension could lead to the government of Russia taking over the operations? I believe providing financial assistance to the employees may help avoid this, but that is also a big undertaking for a publicly traded company who's investors will not see return on that investment. I agree, some of this could be mitigated through carefully planned and executed communications. Long term payoff may occur, but also may not.
