The new online reservation system has us signing up students for reservation time slots lots for this week's delivery. We will be open on Thursday from 12 pm-5 pm. Intern sent out referrals to new clients asking about Single Stop. Intern spent the rest of the day working on intakes for students who stopped at the pantry and made reservations for them for Thursday's restock.

Intern stopped by the Care Closet to talk with a fellow intern about ways to improve the reservation system for Thursday and helped with a few intakes for new clients on the Neighbor Intake.

Week Twelve Journal Entry- Week of 11/6/2023- 11/10/2023
The intern sent out referrals for Single Stop to two potential new clients. In the referral, the intern explained all about the Single Stop program and how it's a platform for students to connect with benefits and resources tailored to their specific needs.
Intern was in contact with clients over social media and the Care Closet email coordinating reservation's for the restock this Thursday. Intern met with an officer of an organization on campus that wanted a list of items that could be donated to the Care Closet. Intern discussed setting up a tabling event for next week with fellow interns and the Care Closet Coordinator
Intern sent out a mass email to potential new clients for Single Stop. Intern met with the Field Education Director to revise my Student Learning Plan. Intern set up reservations for a few clients that contacted us at the Care Closet Email.
Intern helped fellow coworkers organize the Care Closet with the restock for the day. Intern worked on intakes with clients that made reservations, and helped clients by explaining the guidelines for the pantry for the day.

Inten and fellow interns were tabling for Single Stop and Care Closet. Intern was able to get a few potential clients interested in completing the screening process for Single Stop
Intern worked on flyers for the Care Closet asking for Donations. Intern stopped by Event Planning to get approval to put the flyers up around campus. Event Planning explained to interns the guideline for the flyers
Inten was in contact with clients over social media coordinating reservation's for tomorrow's restock. Intern was contacting clients to confirm reservation and answering questions about the guidelines for the Care Closet.

Case management: Intern was in contact with clients regarding Single Stop. Intern was sending out toolkits to clients who were eligible for certain benefits and the intern was sending out emails to clients who hadn't completed the screening process.
Intern worked in the pantry for the day. Intern organized items in the pantry. Intern helped with intakes for clients that stopped by the pantry. Intern explained the hours for the pantry would be open for the break.
