Internal audit is one of management's methods used to assess the quality of the internal controls.However, some employees at a company dreaded communicating or any other interactions with IA.Some employees believe that auditors were just "spies" for management and did not contribute to production and overall growth of the company.This mindset made it very difficult for some employees to cooperate with audit engagements.Considering this, how can we change the perception of auditors?
