Internal Controls

You are required to work on only one of the following scenarios.

1. School Lunch Objective: Ensure that all lunches are paid for that there is no misappropriation of sale proceeds or food. Assume that this an elementary school setting where students either pay for lunch in cash or their prepaid lunch accounts are deducted. Students who have run out of money on their lunch accounts can be served a maximum of three meals on credit before they are refused service.
