International Standards on Auditing

(a) Permits the primary auditor to reference the work of another auditor in the audit report. (b) Requires more professional judgment as to documentation than does Statements on Auditing Standards issued by the Auditing Standards Board. c) Requires more detailed levels of documentation than does the Auditing Standards issued by the Private Companies Accounting Oversight Board.
