Suppose you guys are preparing for an event and delegating tasks to cabinet members who would organise the event with you. You set a deadline that the plan must be listed three days before the deadline. A member responsible for planning the logistics of the event backed out at the eleventh hour due to a healthcare issue at the end of the third day. Do you have any plans for handling the contingency of the cabinet?
